Discovery & Business Analysis
In the Discovery phase we analyse your business case, your target audience, your competition, your key messaging and any digital historical data if available. We identify KPIs and project goals, clarify technical scope, document user stories and map out the project roadmap. -

When replacing an existing website, it is important to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing any potential loss of traffic. To make sure of this, we create the appropriate 301 Redirects, so that URLs from your old website, that have been indexed by search engines or have been linked to from external sites will redirect to your new website. -
